A 27-hole golf course, A, B, C consist of 9 holes each, which are laid
out on a flat and vast terrain. The fairways for most par 4s and par 5s
have undulations, so you end up hitting the second from uneven lies, which
will provide you with extra challenges. Currently, the course is 7270
yard long for par 73. If the hole 2, par 5, 470 yards is changed into
par 4, it will be long enough to hold a professorial tournament. I hear
a plan of hosting a PGA European Tournament, the Johnnie Walker Classic
in Thailand at this club in a near future. That tournament is currently
held at Alpine GC.

A par 3 with the green surrounded on three sides by water. The green slopes
from the back to the front but is only a little over 30 yards deep, so accuracy
on the tee shot is a must. |
|
|
An almost perfectly straight hole. It is relatively short
for par 6. A long hitter can hit the green in 3 but he needs to negotiate
with the creek crossing just in front of the green. |

|
A straight and long par 4. the green is surrounded by bunkers. The views
of the green and its surroundings with the beautiful clubhouse behind the
green are attractive. |

|
A very demanding straight hole. The both sides of the fairway
are squeezed by lakes. As a consequence, the landing area off the tee is
narrow, so the tee shot is stressful. The second shot requires you to clear
water to a highly elevated green that is surrounded by water. When your
second shot is short of the green, a very deep bunker guarding the front
side of the green will catch it and it will be extremely difficult to save
par from there. The green has strong undulations. |

|
|
A par 3 to hit into the island green that is raised like the arched top
in the lake. The landing area is big but the wind blowing from right to
left makes this hole more difficult than it appears. The green has subtle
undulations. |
|
|
An almost straight par 5 over 600 yards. However, it doesn’t
feel difficult because of the prevailing tail winds. A bunker guarding the
front of the green comes into play on the approach shot. The view of the
green and the clubhouse behind it is beautiful. |

C course is 3472-yard long, par 36. Hole 3, 525 yard par 5 is a dogleg to
the left with a lake on the left and the green swung a little to the right.
Hole 6, 407 yard par 4 requires you to go over a creek on the second shots.
I think these holes have great layouts. |

It takes 50 minutes from Pattaya by car. There is a hotel next to the
clubhouse (currently under construction).
The facilities such as a clubhouse, a hotel, and a restaurant are luxurious.
The view from the restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious. The
sauna and Thai massage are available. I had Aroma oil massage after I
played. I was completely refreshed with good massage and therapeutic BGM.
The course is designed by Gussan. A very famous Thai designer. I could
choose freely which tee to play.
