A
hillside course with moderate ups & downs. The course has 2 greens per hole,
separated by left and right. The official yardage of 7377 is the sum of the longer
greens but the actual distance is around 7150 yards because the longer greens
and shorter greens alternate one after the other. It is close to 7000 yards long
to play from the regular tees. The fairways are wide, so you can drive hard to
make up for the long par 4s and par 5s.

Using he left green, a reverse
“S” shaped hole with the downhill tee shot. A slight dogleg to the right comes
first followed by a slight dogleg to the left. Be careful of the blind OB on the
left of the green when you hit your second shot. |
|
|
Using the left green, a slightly
downhill par 3 over a pond. The green is well protected by bunkers. A series of
cedar trees behind the green look superb. When you use the right green, is will
be 235 yards long. |
|
|
Using the right green, a beautiful
hole over a lake. The tee shot is slightly downhill. Left to right hitters needs
to be careful because of a hazard on the right of the green. |
|
|
Using the left green, a demanding
slight dogleg to the right. The second shot is over water and not only distance
but also accuracy is required on both the tee and second shots. |
|
|
Using the left green, a downhill
dogleg to the left. The landing zones off the tee are limited as the fairway is
narrow with OB on the left and trees on the right. The second shot is steeply
downhill and if the shot is over the green, it will possibly be OB. The bunker
guarding the front of the green comes into play. |
|
|
Using the right green, a dogleg
to the left with the green lastly swung to the right. The tee shot is over a ravine
and needs a carry of 200 yards to reach the fairway. The uphill second shot should
be accurate because of OB on the right of the green. |
